Passwords & account security

Sign in and open Settings → Security. Complete the password change form and follow the requirements shown for your new password.

Open security settings

1. Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
2. Enter the email address used for your website account.
3. Check your inbox and spam folder for the recovery email.
4. Follow the reset link and choose a new password.

If a recovery link has expired, request a new email.

Reset your password

Use the two-factor authentication controls in Settings → Security and follow the setup instructions shown there. Once enabled, complete the additional verification step when signing in.

If you cannot access your account or complete verification, contact support. Never include your password or authentication codes in a support message.
